The problem it solves

The problem

Ordinary calendar apps couldn't show, on one screen, which project is due when, whether yesterday's unfinished work carried over, where today's time actually went, and how to turn finished work into a report.

Our approach

We moved a browser-only HTML planner to a native mobile app with five tabs: Today, Calendar, Timeblock, Projects, and Settings. Time blocks are made with a single long-press drag, and JSON storage stays compatible with the original backup files so existing data comes along.

Key features

Today's Tasks at a Glance

Today's schedule and daily routines appear in one list, unfinished first and sorted by priority, with a counter showing total and completed items.

Deadline Bars on the Calendar

A two-month calendar draws project periods and deadlines as week-spanning bars. Overlapping bars stack in lanes so you never miss which project is due when.

10-Minute Time Blocks

See your day as an hour × 10-minute grid. Long-press and drag an empty cell to create a block. Today's timed schedule items show up on the grid automatically.

Project To-dos & Deadlines

Give each project a start date, end date, and category, then manage undated checklists and period deadlines together. A progress bar shows how many linked items are done.

Auto Rollover & Work Log

When the date changes, unfinished items are copied to today and get an 'n days' badge after 3 days. Completed items are grouped by category into a work log you can copy.

Local-Only Storage & Backup

All data lives in a single JSON document on your device. Export and restore JSON backups, export CSV, and get a reminder banner if you haven't backed up in 7 days.

How to use it

  1. 1

    Set Up Categories and Projects

Create categories (name and color) and subcategories in Settings, then register each project with start and end dates in the Projects tab.

  2. 2

    Add Today's Tasks and Routines

In the Today tab, pick a title, time, type, and category to add a task, and register daily routines in one line. Tap a date on the calendar to plan ahead.

  3. 3

Record Your Day with Time Blocks

In the Timeblock tab, long-press and drag empty cells to log where your time went. Today's schedule items appear from their start time automatically.

  4. 4

    Report with the Work Log

At the end of the day, open 'Work Log' on the today card to copy a report of completed items grouped by category to your clipboard.

Frequently asked questions

Who is this app for?

It was built for freelance creators who juggle several projects like webtoons or books and need to track today's tasks, deadlines, time use, and work reports together. Anyone who wants a personal planner can use it.

Is there an account or cloud sync?

No. All data is stored only in a single JSON file on your device. To move to a new device, export a JSON backup from Settings and import it on the new one.

What happens to yesterday's unfinished tasks?

On the first launch after the date changes, unfinished items are copied to today automatically. After 3 days they get an 'n days' badge so long-postponed tasks stand out.

How do I create a time block?

Long-press and drag an empty cell in the Timeblock tab to open the add sheet. Long-press and drag a block to move it, drag its right edge to resize, or tap it to edit title, start, length, and color.

Does it support dark mode and notifications?

Dark mode can be toggled in Settings. Push notifications, reminders, widgets, and multi-device sync are not supported in the current version.
